Recess/Weather: With cold winter temperatures ahead, please make sure your child has proper outdoor clothing for recess. Also remember to send a change of shoes from winter boots.                                                                         Afternoon Snack: Many kids have been complaining about being hungry in the afternoon due to the earlier lunch time. If you want to send an extra healthy snack for the afternoon, they will be able to eat during social studies/science time when we're not usually on computers. If any problems occur, we will have to rethink this. Thanks for understanding! Music: Recorders were passed out this week.                                                                          Weather:  Please make sure your child has appropriate snow gear and extra gear to use in wet conditions. There are only 30 minutes in between 1st recess and lunch, so most of their gear is still wet. Also, with the wet field conditions and muddy conditions, only kids with a change of shoes will be allowed to on the play soccer fields. Holiday Party: The class party will be on the 20th from 2:00-3:00. We will watch a movie and have sweet treats. A signup will be emailed tomorrow if you're interested in sending in supplies.
